Spa Policies

In consideration of other guests and myself, I kindly ask that you notify me of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of a single treatment and 48 hours in advance of multiple treatments. All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. I reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments, for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance of a single treatment or for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance of multiple treatments. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and myself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
